Butter tarts? I thought I read Tartar Butts and imagined little mongolian ponies and the Khans' soldiers bouncing along the steppe...

Oh, by the way, I dunno if trilobites had wings, but I think lobster swimmerettes are homologs to caterpillar prolegs, mammalian mammae, bird feathers and butterfly wings. At my blog The Arc

Nom nom, Traum!

Thanks The Nerd!

Thanks Tracey! Do you have butter tarts in the U.S.? I thought they were a Canadian thing.

As most reputable paleontologists will not admit, the evidence kept in hidden military bunkers shows that trilobites were wiped out in a MASS EXTINCTION caused by BUTTER TARTS.

Thanks Dude! Saw your comment on Catlogue of Organisms yesterday. Intriguing!

Posts over 14 days old have their comments held in moderation - I've been getting an unusual amount of spam for a guy who paints trilobites. I'll release it lickety-split though.
