Trilobite Boy Tumblr

Trilobite Boy now has his own Tumblr

After a lot of discussion and suggestions from various peeps on Twitter and elsewhere, I thought Tumblr might be a good way to collect the new Trilobite Boy daily sketches.  I've made some of my feelings about Tumblr before, and the culture of non-credited artwork that seems to exist there: so this will be an experiment for me.

Do more eyeballs actually translate to greater popularity (and hopefully, as an artist who needs to eat, revenue)?

This is a good idea, I think. The format will provide a clean way to present the story, and the new venue is good to. I'm annoyed by tumblr, too, but there are some more mature users, too. And at least when your posts are reblogged, there will always be a chain leading back to you.

Thanks David! I'll see how it goes. Anyway, with social media art-sharing, it never pays to be shy of a new venue where art-fans are present. And they are on Tumblr.

Posts over 14 days old have their comments held in moderation - I've been getting an unusual amount of spam for a guy who paints trilobites. I'll release it lickety-split though.
